Delivery FAQs

1. Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.

2. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

3. What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you miss your delivery, the courier will usually leave a card or send an update with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot.

4. Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
We recommend contacting us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the address. Once dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes.

5. What if my order is delayed?
While most orders arrive on time, courier or seasonal delays may occur. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will assist you.

6. How much is delivery?
Delivery charges are shown at checkout and depend on whether you choose Standard or Express Delivery.
